Tony Sly Pottery is one of Raglan’s most loved creative destinations, a working studio and shop right on Raglan Wharf where you can watch the craft in action and take home something genuinely handmade. Tony Sly has been making his signature rustic pottery for over 40 years, and his colours are drawn directly from the Raglan landscape : earthy tones, watery blues and greens, and misty whites inspired by the light on the harbour. Every piece is wheel-thrown and goes through around 23 steps before it’s finished — functional, beautiful, and built to last.
